Not really bad but not really good. I definitely over shaped the loaves. I rolled instead of shaped so I wonder if I had done that differently if the long skinny loaf would have turned out more like a loaf. I was using this recipe. I thought it tasted good and the kids had maybe one slice each but I think I need something a little less whole wheat to ease us in. I'd like to try some variations with spelt flour to see how that changes it and maybe doing part whole wheat part white. I'll try this recipe a couple more times then try some others.
